and whenever he looks like he needs a break, he will be forced to fight even harder..... so I hope that he is ready for 12 hard rounds

..... how many rounds did his longest fight last ?

not sure if he is ready for Ward at this point

Ward is a freak, and he is not old yet..... Beterbiev should wait him out

u can see ward gained confidence more as fight went on, while kovalev diminished

maybe beterbiev has better chance to beat ward coz he's good at inside fighting

Kovalev said he would break Ward's hands. Said he would end his career and KO him. Now he's saying Ward's too difficult to beat

Well he had trouble landing solidly, but Ward's face was busted up from what he did do. I'm not going to hype up Kovalev's performance in the rematch, and he MAY have been on the way out, but we can't look at one big round for Ward and say "well it was over anyway, so the ending doesn't matter". We all know boxing isn't that kind of sport.

Anyway, I would be interested to see Ward take on some of the other guys at 175, but apparently he is looking at cruiser instead. It makes sense. There are serious killers at 175 without much money, and he seems to put weight on well.

I'm hoping Kovalev still has a career. I don't think he got a fair shake, but it is what it is. He wasn't able to take it out of the officials power, otherwise it would have been a moot point.

I like Ward and he's a great fighter without question, but I will never look back on his fights with Kovalev and pretend that he beat him cleanly in the ring without the apparent help of the officials.

And guess what, fighters are more biased than boxing fans in a case like this especially in the US when they put racial undertones into this sport.

no, the overwhelming majority of " fans " cannot be relied upon to accurately dissect a fight..... regardless as to who agree's/disagree's with them

Kovalev needed a KO to beat Ward in America as a Commie

In America the land of freedom and the place where communists are hated and treated with disdain and putrid bile Kovie had no chance for a fair fight with Andre Ward. But if the fight was in Russia what chance would Ward have had? Let Kovie go fight in dreary dank Russia then and stay the hell out of the USA.

Do you have pics of this alleged nut hunting? Keep in mind that belt line shots were allowed given the height of Kovalev's trunks.
