Yes, too difficult, specially whe you gass and let the oponent to spark you with a brutal right han on your chin.

Plus, kowardlev faked so much that I thought that he would fake another low blow again when ward destroyed his chin.

Kowardlev -> if I'm the one hitting, I'm a badass, a brave badass. If I'm the one being hit I'm a little scared baby girl who fakes, turns his back and sits on the ropes defenceless praying for the referee to stop the fight. That's DISGUSTING.

The truth is that kowardlev is not even half a man, girls in my gym are braver, at least they dont fake and turn their backs when they are being punished.

Kovalev has only himself to blame.
Of course, that Ward has one of the strongest teams in and out of the ring, but against any team, you don't go all by yourself. And that's exactly what Sergey did.

He had no trainer, no good promoter, no team to look after his interests... You only need to know what happened in the dressing room prior to the fight and that's a minor thing compared to all other weaknesses around him.
I hope he learnt the lesson. If not he will lose again and very soon too.

This wasn't an A side against a B side. This was A+ side against a bunch of nonsense and mess.

Not taking anything from Ward. He deserved a win in the rematch.

If I was him I would be saying the same thing too. His only other option is the truth, which is a guy he said punch like a girl made him look like a drunken sailor. The only thing worst than the excuses Kovalev is making are the fans agreeing with everything he said.

They'd rather root for a foreigner than a US Brother.

One jackass even said low-blows are worse than rabbit punches

Tell that to the families of Gerald McClellan and Pritchet Colon.

that's true - there was absolutely no point in stopping the fight at that moment other than to guarantee the victory for the local fighter because there was no blows to the head so that absolutely no danger of getting brain damage

Second fight was closer, but Ward got away with low blow, and it was a blatant one that made Weeks call it off.

Should he even had called it off if it wasn't a low blow.

Your job is to protect the fighter from serious injury, Kovalev was not taking many heavy blow to the head, and he slumped back on the ropes given the ref to give him a count if he believed the punch was good, which it wasn't.

Kovalev was 5-2 up going into the 8th. But his punch output was much higher and was tiring.

Kovalev should have dumped Jackson and the team after the first fight.

Went it with the wrong game plan, as Ward did much better in the 2nd fight.

The Jab was Kovalev's dominant tool, and that should have been the basis of victory. control the distance, pump out the jab and try and catch Ward walking on to one.
