true,why would we pay anything to watch the obvious? this exhibition match that we already know who's going to win,,,there are a lot of fights this year that are competitive and 50/50 I think,garcia/broner,cuadras/Estrada,canelo/ggg...but this circus is a big money fight,good,and I think any boxer would take a fight like this to make money,why not? but it is what it is,a show,mismatch

I actually got curious about this same thing and tried to apply some logic to it. In McGregors fights with Diaz (a larger fighter who fights with a very high work rate) he started gassing out around the 8 minute mark. So that would put him near the end of round 3 of a boxing match. Now by this point he had only had a single one minute break but in boxing he will have had 2. Keep in mind that although Floyd is smaller than Diaz and fights at a slower pace he will be tagging McGregor a lot. I think with the slower pace and shorter rounds we can give McGregor till about round 5 till he gasses. Which would make you 100% correct

And you're right about it being a fight for casuals. I certainly won't be buying it. I may go to a bar that's showing it and get some food and drinks with buddies but there's a chance that I would have been doing that even without a fight being on lol
