    Fight wont happen. Smith's promoter is talking as if they feel they would be the A-Side fighter in New York. They talk knowing Kovalev cant sell and Smith would be bringing in fans because he's from NY. Seriously doubt Kovalev is willing to take less money again for a fight. They tried the same thing with Stevenson and got brushed off.
