His biggest win, over Timo Hoffmann certainly didn't have people clamoring for a Vidoz-Rahman(Klitschko, Liakhovich, Valuev - take your pick) match. And to say that because he holds the EBU title makes him worthy of a ranking is using the same logic as the alphabets. The belt matters only if it comes against top competition.
Vidoz is terrible. He never beat one fighter of recognition and lost to b and c level heavyweights.

Even with Boxrec's points based ranking system, Vidoz barely cracks the top 25. Although the system does need some work as he is rated above guys like Liakhovich.

might also want to point out that he has made it to 35 years old without making it to a legit title shot, probably too late now.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Asian Sensation again.

Thank you! I wish there was no such thing as p4p lists. It's the most ridiculous list in all of sports.

But rankings for weights are important, as opinionated as they are. You have to have them to determine who gets title shots. The list really wasn't that bad. I'm not nearly as high on Povetkin as everyone else seems to be. He looked way too straight up and agressive, to me, with lack of head movement, even though he beat Friday. Look for Povetkin to get KO'd when he starts stepping up in class. Estrada I don't think I've seen, so I can't say.

            Overall, not a bad list.

That's bull**** bro, anyone that has seen Vidoz fight knows that he belongs in the top 10-15. The fight against Valuev was fantastic as was the Hoffman, Sprott, and Koc fight. Half of the brain dead non watching HW fight fans only look at records and judge a fighter on that. Go ahead and look at Vidoz's record. 2 losses, one of them being ages ago and the other being a flat out war with Valuev. Take another look at your top 25 because I watch HW fights, all of them and I'm telling you yall ****ed up by leaving him out.

And Valuev never knocked Vidoz to the floor in that fight. Vidoz had to retire because of a broken jaw.

I like Vidoz. But I have only seen a couple of his fights. I would put him in my top 15. Not the greatest but deffinately deserves top 25.

I have ten of Vidoz's bouts. Unlike most, I actually head out to the shows and had the pleasure of watching him live in NJ a few years ago when he was under DiBella's banner. He is slow, old and B level at best. He retired due to a broken jaw. Do you know how many fighters get broken jaws and fight on? It's called heart, obviously something Mr. Vidoz is missing.
