Mikey is just acting like a real boss would with what he expects out of his employees.

I have no issues with how he's talking to his employees. He's not talking down to his employee, not clowning how employee or degrading his employee. He letting the guy know what he expects and if he doesn't like it then bounce.

The dude wanted to make the food the bounce out to do whatever he wants and when Mikey gets home all he has to do is warm it up. *** that he's paid to be the cook and have the food fresh and hot when he's ready to eat it.

Way to go Mikey I commend you for acting and being a real boss.
