And David needs to do a whole lot more to even get on the #1 spot radar.
i dont think ramirez deserves the no.1 spot, no way in hell.
I was very big on him a while ago, especially considering he won me a ton of $ after the points win over AA

but he's looked piss poor as of late and as i have said is clearly a boiled down LH, he's very feather fisted @168 and looked like crap in his last fight. I think at this point Benevidez would walk him down and smash him to bits, not sure if he stops him tho, just look at that freakishly cartooish large jaw he's packing, it's verging on marius Wach levels

Degale deserves the no.1 spot no doubt about it imo.

Why was you suggesting a lobotomy for guys thinking DeGale is #1 when I suggest that then lol?

Do they just want to give Groves a lot of money? I am happy for George tbh but as a tournament this looks mediocre. Groves would stop Cox in under 6. It is a bad look for top fighters to reject it I think.

Should have even stuck Chudinov on there if he was up for it. I am certain he would beat Jamie Cox. No idea about the Scandinavian lad so don't want to comment other than to say I hope he's at least big if he's stepped down from the higher weights.

Groves must be mapping out his retirement here. Good luck to him.

I don't like saying this about high level fighters, but in this regards, Cox is dog ****! He's British level, maybe fringe Euro level and I had no doubt in my mind Fielding was gonna rake him over the coals. Skoglund is solid and fits the level of guys I expected at 168. Cox will be thrashed by anybody in this tourney unless they really have to reach for dudes.

Degale should have a loss against Badou Jack and also against Porky.

Gilberto Ramirez has looked solid at that weight and has a legit claim to being #1. It's a shame Arum won't let him enter the tournament because he doesn't want to risk losing control of the WBO belt.

David Benavidez probably beats them all, going by the eye test. But he still has to prove it in the ring.

All three should join along with Eubank Jr then we'd really have a nice competition.
