The World Boxing Super Series is delighted to announce that two more undefeated fighters have signed up for the Muhammad Ali Trophy, The Greatest Prize in Boxing. Kind of a shame Cox Vs Feilding is now off. But obviously, this is a bigger stage for Cox to be involved in.

I hope that Skoglund isn't to drained for this. Starting his career at cruiser followed by a move to LHW and now this.

              Who's saying that?

I have a hard time believing Eubank Sr would let him in this tournament where they likely won't have as much control as they are used to. Although looking at the participants thus far I think I'd favor Eubank Jr to win it if he was in.

As to this news, oh well lol. The 168 tournament is gonna be much softer than the 200 tournament apparrently. The 200lb tournament gots 5 guys in & 5 guys ranked in the TBRB top ten & the 168lb tournament gots 3 guys in & 1 guy in the TBRB top ten & 1 guy I don't even feel has proven himself to be a world class guy yet (Cox).

Whats he said about being in?

I'd be surprised if he's in due to TR & this new ESPN deal.

I think this whole concept isn't likely to be a thing some of these older school promoters or the bigger/stronger promoters, like Arum, will be into letting their fighters jump into. Those old school guys & bigger/stronger promoters like to keep the energy from a win & the title in house. This tournament goes against that. I mean it could be Ramirez, who whoever, goes to this tournament & comes back the winner & bigger then ever. Thing is its possible he comes back after some KO L + without his belt & Arum or whoever would have to build up their guy all over again & they have no association with the guy who beat him.

So I LOVE this WBSS concept, but the way boxing works & the way many of these promoters are used to it working goes against how this tournament works & I wouldn't be surprised with many promoters opting out their fighters from it because of that.

I'd love to be wrong about that doe.
