The Internet Builds Fights Better Than Any Other Kind of Advertising

It's really brilliant. There are stories every day of this guy saying this and that guy saying that and videos on YT of guys saying this or whatever in leading up to fights. In the old days of normal media, the fight game could never get so much free advertising. They're building the Mikey-Broner fight well with this recent video and I'm sure more will come. Very entertaining! Bravo to the internet!

Yeah the internet is perfect for boxing, a sport where the majority of the 'action' takes place outside the ring.

Also all niche sports benefit from being able to bring small communities of fans from all over the world together to create one big boxing fanbase.

So well said. Weeks and months of talking and hype and BS and then a fight that might last 30 minutes. They do make it interesting though.
