I wasn't sure but Hopkins statement proves that he's taking to many shots to the head. He really believes that Canelo who hasn't knocked out anyone over welterweight and spent 12 rounds ****ing on Chavez the human punching bag and almost dropped from exhaustion doing it is all of a sudden going to gain super human strength and not be impacted by the punches of the hardest punching middleweight in the division who he gave up his title to avoid!!!! Logically yes - in reality maybe no. Plus that Brook uppercut that tagged Golovkin had some power to it. I didn't see it but maybe there was a head clash or 2 in the Brook fight.

Brook is known for he's accuracy, and Golovkin certainly didn't show him any real respect. I didn't notice Golovkin particularly marked up in that fight, certainly not in the ring afterwards.
