Marquez just needs to retire. Hasn't fought in over 3 years and turns 44 next month. They have had over a year to work out a deal with Cotto and make one excuse after another. Pricing yourself out asking for a weight you know Cotto just can't make so either move up and fight him or shut up and retire.
