Nothing there to take, Kov was out on his feet. Hunching over on body blows. Hunching over can cause other punches to land off target.

What Ward needs to realize is that when you become the man the critics will try to discredit all your victories. They can't beat you in the ring themselves, their favorite fighters can't beat you so they have to find other ways to defeat you.

All of the p4p kings of the past went though this. The question is whether Ward can become a crafty enough businessman to profit off these critics.

Personality dosen't matter. Floyd & Ward have completely opposite personalities yet both are just as hated. You could even argue that Ward is hated more.

The only two factors you have left are race and looks. Ward is ugly, Floyd is decent looking and BOTH are black.

Kovalevs trunks were up so high. the early punch in the round was on the bellybutton. just because his trunks are above his belly button doesnt make a shot to the belly button low. then he hit kovalev with a series of head and bodys hot. again they wre body shots. then in the corner there were 3 punches in a row. first two were clean and kovalev was bent over. try throwing a clean shot to someone who is bent ober that isnt an upper cut to the body. yeah it was low with nothing on it. people wanting to call it a dq... kovalev was schooling ward.. stop. Kovalev was down on 2 cards rightfully so

Those so called low blows were all marginal at best . Kov is no piņata, therefore, his penis is hopefully not pinned to his naval.

Ward stated before the 2nd fight that he knew he hurt Kov to the body in the first fight and had planned to go right back at that area, and he executed that game plan perfectly.
