    Lomachenko vs. Rigondeaux

Lomachenko is bigger and stronger. So I give him a chance of winning, especially because Rigo got a butter jaw.

But honestly, history has proven too repetive for me to write Rigo off.

Ward destroyed Kovalev, Indongo destroyed Troyanovski, Crawford destroyed Postol, Joshua destroyed Wladimir, Lewis destroyed Vitali, Jacobs got robbed against Golovkin, etc.

I really think Rigo would surprise everyone and repeat history once again. But Lomachenko is a special fighter, which I truly realized when he destroyed Nicholas Walters.

This fight sooo needs to get made FOTY candidate

    Loma > Rigo

Their power, speed, defense and footwork is almost even. I give it to Loma because his output will likely be greater imo.

You're forgetting something. All those russian fighters beat at least 200 other fighters from all walks of life.

Only until they fought a good black fighter. Wladimir did beat Haye, who is a good fighter, but Haye had a broken toe and couldn't accelerate at full speed or power.

Wrong. Hate couldn't pull the trigger when he needed to. He had countless opportunities...and stop with the black/white stuff. Color has nothing to do with it

Hahaha "butter jaw" is a nice phrase I've not heard before.

Tbh, I agree with you mostly here, two very special fighters, so both have a chance. However, I feel the weight advantage will give a big edge for Loma imo and that just about settles it in his favour in my mind.

Also, I have a theory that when you have two basically perfect, evenly matched boxers, the one who is able to be most aggressive has an advantage over the other one. Kind of like in Chess how the player who moves first is more likely to win. In that case, the styles would favour Loma.

It will be a very technical fight which not many will be able to appreciate.
I have my money on Loma regardless if/when it happens.
