ah ok. So in your personal assessment, who should be WBO #1 ranked welter if it's not Jeep Horn?

whoever the **** arum wants. haymon has the rest of the top welters and haymon usually avoids the WBO.

in my personal assessment, the WBO shouldn't be recognized as a world championship, so i don't really care who they rank. i'm simply pointing out that horn was moved to #1 so the fight would count as a "mandatory" to please arum.

Arum said that Manny is under contract up to middle of 2018.

They gave Bradley that 1st figt against Pac and all of a sudden Arum had a new relevant fighter on his hands. I'm hoping they don't pull the same thing this fight.

Yeah I hear you lol. Pacquiao clearly won and they still gave it to Tim

I think Pacman gives Horn a solid beating though. No way they're gonna pull that.

This just proves Arum would rather risk passing the torch to his newly-signed fighter Horn. He could have easily passed the torch to his more dependable Crawford. It certainly looked Arum got overprotective of Crawford and thought he was not ready for Pac.

There's no sensible logic to it.

Why didn't Arum try building up Crawford profile with a Manny fight?
