It has nothing to do with this situation where it's confirmed that Rigondeaux turned down $500k. Rigondeaux is a beggar trying to be a chooser. It's no coincidence that he can never get a fight and when he does it's only against total no-marks. He clearly has an overblown sense of his own value and an inability to compromise

Also, Sean Gibbons doesn't even have any complaints about the money on offer any more, the last I heard. Now it's just a case of Salido potentially preferring other challenges. I don't blame him considering his age and after all he's given to the sport, but it's on him, not Loma
