I honestly think Pac would give anyone at 140/147 problems. I'd pick him over Thurman, Porter, Broner, and give him 50/50 on Spence and Crawford. Pacquaio is better than anyone that those dudes have fought. Sure he's on the decline, but I don't think he's as washed up as people think.
