I agree. Horn is one of the very best in 140-147 that's why he's undefeated.

Horn will be much tougher fight for pac than floyd. Because horn will fight and try to take pac out while all floyd will do inside the ring is to run and hug for 12 rounds.

To be honest, I really haven't watched enough of Horn to come to the conclusion that he Is much better than Algieri, so I am taking your word for It. It will be nice to see Pacquiao back In action though.
