Former world champion Javier Fortuna crushed Mario Beltre in two rounds at the Hotel Jaragua in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In a lightweight contest, Fortuna (32-1-1, 23 KOs) started fast by dropping Beltre (16-3, 9 KOs) in the first round. He closed the show in the second with a vicious body shot.
