According to max kellerman on hbo live broadcast if you get paid for a fight it is counted as a pro fight! So he was 9-0 when he fought salido plus he had 400 amateur wins! Tank davis only has like 200 amateur wins....

The WSB is not considering professional mainly because it's amateurs facing amateurs and it still follows the Olympic style format. Which includes fighting only 5 3-minute rounds.
