Comments Thread For: Canelo-Golovkin: There Isn't Any Legitimate Bad Blood

NEW YORK Canelo Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin obviously want to knock each other out. But unlike the most recent HBO Pay-Per-View main event we witnessed between Andre Ward and Sergey Kovalev, Alvarez and Golovkin don't dislike one another. Their long-awaited battle September 16 is strictly business for Kazakhstan's Golovkin (37-0, 33 KOs) and Mexico's Alvarez (49-1-1, 34 KOs).

Interesting, but when we talk about this fight and we try to hype this bout with ''bad blood'' the GGG fans say ''you're obsessed....stop bringing traffic to this site!'' - Tom Loeffler

Of course not, they both can't speak english well. So this fight would have to be built up by the promoters over the next few weeks. Its business and hopefully the drama in the ring would be better than their pressers.

Don't you guys miss the days where champions and top fighters used to hate each other? I just don't see how you can go all the way in a fight unless you have a burning desire to hurt your opponent out of pure hatred. Now a days fighters are friends before fights....

              Let's Review Shall We:

              ''Canelo, He Disrespect To Sport...''
              ''Canelo, He Clown...''
              ''This Is Business Fight...''

              Ask Gennady a Question:

              ''I dunno....''
              ''I dunno....jusss...''
              ''I dunno...we'll see...good fight for fans...''
              ''Canelo, he great Champion...''
              ''Canelo, he too big...''

              Gennady is a weirdo..

Sounds like GEE is already thinking about what he's gonna spend his retirement check on.
Not a good look when a fighter talks about this being his possible final fight going into a mega event like this one.

The respect between both fighters is there, But dont let that fool you. Alvarez & GEE will not go soft inside the ring.

People said that about aj vs wlad and look how that turned out. I'm over all the childish bs in press conferences now id rather see action in the ring than meaningless words beforehand.

I seen your comments before and to me they dont make any sense...I've done sparring with people I work out with, great guys and most of the times it ends up pretty rough..It makes me wonder about your knowledge in boxing or if you ever been inside of a gym before, this guys are professionals,as soon as they walk in they know they have a job to do and what is the first rule of boxing(or second ,I dont remember) is never get mad, always keep your cool...So yeah,I in fact enjoy the "lets do the talk inside the squared circle".
