Hard to tell as they are divisions apart but one thing i will say is that it would probably be the most boring fight in all of boxing history!!!

His uncle would jump the rope like he did in the Judah fight and hit Ward for hitting low.

More likely while ward was being warned for hitting low....mayweather would dog shot him for the k.o.

If you are talking about them fighting each other now at 175 pounds Ward would slaughter him. If you are talking about who is the better fighter pfp in their primes I think Mayweather is a much better and more well rounded fighter.

Ward would try to come in low and get ripped by uppercuts.

I still can't believe Pacquiao has a bigger **** than Floyd.

A fight between these two would take place inside an octagon. It would be a great clash of styles. Floyd is a master in Muay Thai with his elbows while Ward masters in the art of wrestling. Ultimately I would favor the wrestler.

That doesn't look like a package that can take a pounding.

                  Ward by brutal nut cracking.

Assuming the fight was at 154 and Ward could make that weight, it would be a boring, foul-filled fight. But Mayweather would be more comfortable at that weight, and thus faster. He would counter Ward all night to a UD win. But considering Floyd called out Winky Wright, and then ducked when Winky called his bluff, there is no way he would have gotten in the ring with Ward at any weight.
