I don't hate Wlad. I just dislike the choice of the opponents. Aside from a belt, a Byrd fight was pretty much meaningless considering he beat him once, one sidedly before. A Brewster win would have gotten more respect around the boxing world.

brewster and don king wouldnt let that rematch happen and will likely never let it happen. we have to get over that and hope the next best thing can happen. unification fights with serg and rahman altho serg is also a king fighter so that is also slim

aside from a belt it was pointless for rickey hatton to fight luis collazo.... he shouldve fought floyd mayweather jr or antonio margarito, i mean we all know that all you have to do is say you want a fight and magically it happens. if wlad went to brewsters house himself with a contract for the fight lamon wouldnt even answer the door.

I wuldnt mind any f these fights, a unification bout with Lykovich would be very good for the division, as would the annihilation of Toney.....

Can you explain why he chose to fight Sam Peter? He could have gotten a title shot without the risk..but chose to fight him anyway. The perfect scenerio, is Wlad haivng one defense, then Rahman, with the winner facing Liakovich-Bewster. I'm sure that's Wlad's plan. You can criticize Wlad for many things, the quality of his opposition isn't one of those however.

I’m ready to meet with Brewster, but as far as I know his health has been questionable since his fight with Sergei. But if he’s ready to fight me I will agree to it on a spot.
