those guys knew exactly what would happen if they put a clean Pacquiao in with Mayweather

the only real difference between 2010 Pac and 2015 Pac, is that he no longer throws 1200+ punches..... now Manny is a normal 500-600 punch fighter, like everyone else..... and that ridiculous volume was his only chance against Floyd

the very second Arum realized that Mayweather would never relinquish his testing demands, it became obvious to him that Mayweather would have to be Pacquiao's last fight..... or close to it

that is why the fight died in 2010 over testing demands

testing demands that are now - suddenly - no longer a problem

that is why Arum faked a negotiation in order to justify obtaining funding and a date for the Margarito fight
