Andre Ward, Tony Bellew in talks for Cruiserweight fight?

I haven't seen this posted. Is this true or fake news?
"Andre Ward is saying he wants to do heavyweight or cruiserweight – a man like me can accommodate him," Bellew said, as quoted on Metro. "Eddie Hearn has spoken with representatives of Ward's. We've had talks and we're going to go from there."

"HBO like it, they know me. I do good numbers for them. The talks will continue to progress now and we'll see where it takes us."

Ward should fight a better opponent like Usyk or Briedis.

And this time, do VADA testing and have an honest referee.

I think that right hand Ward wobbled Kov with has gotten to his head.

I don't think he's large enough to fight at 200.

I don't think so, you mentioned champions. I think Ward should take a testing the waters fight. The #3 ranked CW is fine for his first fight before fighting one of the champions.

He's been talking about a move up to Heavyweight for several years now.

Anyway, I think he should take a lighter touch if he's gonna move up to CW. Especially after 2 back to back fights against a top 5 P4P fighter.

Is Ward even gunna be on HBO his next fight? Also will be kind of missing the point if he fights Bellew in the US, did Bellew beating Haye even register over there?
