Dem Body Shots!!! It makes sense why Kovalev gave Ward props about him being better this time. Ward started Round 13. Hopefully Kovalev will toughen his abdomen game more. In all his years his offense didn't allow for general fighters to attempt low because Kovalev his fast as hell too, but against a type like Ward, you needs to revise that homeworkz!!!

Yeah, I don't think he wants a rubber match either. Whether he'll blame low blows or not, I think he knows that Ward outclassed him in the 2nd fight. Maybe in a year he'll try to get another match, but I doubt it.

Don't think he'll be able to toughen his body more. It was never his style, and there aren't many fighters like Ward in the world that he has to worry about it that much.

But let's be clear, Ward didn't start "round 13". He lost the first 3 rounds of the rematch, and was in a little bit of trouble in the 2nd round, getting tagged repeatedly - right before he hit Kov in the nuts.
