He's still one of the top #3 Light HW's in the WORLD. Just think if he got rid of his bad habits how much better he would be.

IMO Emmanuel Stewerd would of been PERFECT for Kovalov. If he 100% listened to him of course.

Kov should go with Lomachenko's trainer! To be real, if he's not going to listen, then he will fail, no matter who the trainer is!

Wow so Kov beat Ward in the first fight without much real conditioning and barely any gameplanning and just training himself!? LMAO

Kov is so good that even without elite conditioning, good gameplans, not listening to his trainer and doing his own workouts still has him as one of the best fighters in the world!

Just imagine how greater he could be if he did listen and actually get quality training camps in!

Him + Emmanuel Stewart + elite training camp + Kov willing to listen = bye bye

He had a good one he just stopped listening to JDJ around the Hopkins fight and since then it gotten worse!

He just needs to cut his ego and arrogance and be willing to listen!

We respect the fact that he wants to earn it his way but it's nothing wrong with getting constructive criticism and people who are looking out for your best interest!

He ruined his relationship with his own coach!
