I would put $ on Whyte to give Wilder a much better fight than Stivern who shouldn't have even beat Rossey . Stivern is a basic come forward short counter puncher that needs to either be faster or longer than Wilder to suit the match up .......hes neither .

Lets do a little schooling for everyone here on what Whyte ACTUALLY brings to a Wilder fight .

1 . Whyte is 6'4 245/250 (He WOULD be the heaviest hitter Wilder has faced )

        2. Hes been in with Joshua at 16 fights in or so ,hes already used to a massive sizeable puncher ,hes now at 23 fights or so in now.

        3. He fights orthodox and southpaw which could and will make Wilder cautious and have to readjust more.

        4. He excells more when not being pressed (Wilder does not press and fights in sporadic spurts ,having Whyte come forward does not make it easy fight at all )

5 . Whyte has durability and stamina ( YOU DONT TAKE Joshua shots for 7 rnds nor have a punch output at 250 pnds like against Chisora for 12 rnds and have poor stamina ,thats idiotic .

        6. Whyte CAN punch ,even so did MOST miss numerous fights where Wilder was knocked off balance even stunned by weaker punchers ?

7 Whyte sets up sneaky punches and also utilises the JAB selection VERY good .....isnt this DIRECT punch what seems to throw off Wilder ,at least in early rnds?

Anyone who thinks Chisora won against Whyte didn't score the fight correct as its the CLEAN punches that land that count MORE than just simply walking forward !

Lets stop acting this is a step up for Whyte .....its actually the other way around and still a 50/50 pick'em !

Whyte has power too so it's a case of Wilder being able to catch Whyte, who is a solid boxer when he doesn't let emotion take over like in the Chisora and AJ fight. This'll be a great fight. Those who think Whyte is a joke didn't see him against AJ. Plus, he's entertaining.

Whyte is a fringe contender. Nothing to see here.

Whyte would probably be the best opponent wilder has faced

Whyte took hard punches off joshua for 8 rounds, managed to get close and land power on joshua

If we compare wilder and joshuas other common opponent molina, he never laid a glove on joshua and folded on the first power shot

i don't see it as a stretch to say whyte would be competetive in there.

that said, wilder probably gets outboxd for 6-7 rounds then lands a big shot and gets whyte out of there

Chisora was wobbling Whyte, Joshua almost had Whyte out in the first round, Wilder has more one punch KO power than both by alot, the fight will end quickly

Wilder put on a boxing clinic against Stiverne, so how is he 5?? And I'm putting speed compared to other heavyweights
