several interview mikey has given that he says the fight is done and finalized and teh weight is at 140 and that he believes broner will make it but then he also goes on to say that "IF" broner does miss weight we will have to discuss what penalties and etc if it happens.

So how is this fight any different than any other broner fight where he had to make a certain weight but didnt cause their no real penalties in writing for him to face. \

Broner must pay Mikey $500000 if he is overweight. Broner is famous for not even trying to make weight so as to be the bigger stronger man and gain an edge. If he does it this fight it will cost him. Since no title is at stake Garcia needed this to keep Broner from pulling this coming in over weight tactic.
