They can't score a fight for sh^t. They barely talk to begin with, Howard does all the heavy work. They just don't seem all that comfortable to me. Maybe they get better in the future, but they suck ass right now. Can't be a tentative feel out kinda commentator. Gotta talk & never stfu. See RJJ, Foreman & Paulie. Or even Tarver who's a good fighter commentator too.

But do u want a commentator who doesnt shut up? I've heard people complain about that as well (in many sports). I heard plenty of commentary out of them, maybe I wasnt Paying enough attention? They did score The Main Event too widely, but the right guy did get the decision. I'm an all of the above kinda dude. I like RJJ, Paulie, AT, pretty much all of them! I actually prefer Brian Custard, though, to this Howie Cossell imitator. Different strokes, I guess!Comment

That is what commentating is more or less.
I mean if I don't wanna hear people talking about what I'm watching I turn off the sound. And I often do just that cuz I'm consistently disappointed at the idiots who get paid to talk about boxing & demean the sport & its athletes so casually.
Yea I was busting their balls a lil with that comment I admit. I guess I mainly didn't like how lil credit they gave to Bone who I thought put up a more competitive fight then I was expecting.They did score The Main Event too widely, but the right guy did get the decision.

But yea I tend to enjoy the boxers with regular gigs who talk boxing I just think most aren't cut out for it & I think Badou & J'Leon might be two of them that aren't cut out for it. Or if they do wanna do it as a part time gig & future post-boxing gig they need to work on their game cuz they added far too lil to the show & seemed damn near like they were being held at gun point by fake Cosell.Comment
