it would be smart to look at the most powerful fighters of all time and see what they say

Mike Tyson, Lennox Lewis, George Foreman type guys

    And it becomes clear

    the uppercut by far

Lewis slowed Tyson with the uppercut and turned the fight in his favor in the first round. He hurt Holyfield with it, finished Grant with it. Tyson, we all know how bad that uppercut is. Foreman's uppercut lifted Frazier off the canvas. Definitely the uppercut.

Even today, look at Pacquiao's uppercut which he never uses. He sent 3K Battery Fahsan FLYING with it. Uppercut, no contest.

Unless of course you're an Eastern European fighter, lol. They don't know what an uppercut is.

The best ko puch is any punch that they dont see coming. When the mind knows that something is coming and is about to strike it prepares itself for impact. When the mind doesnt know the shot is coming and it impacts the mind will shut down and go into a survival mode from the shocking surprise. Its not one certain punch that is better, its the punch that is unexpected that will bring the ko. Although uppercuts are a good shot to catch them with.

No your wrong the uppercut is not that strong and it only works against short fighters like the examples you gave. if anybody thinks that the cross isnt the strongest punch theyre either a converted fighter or theyre not throwing it properly

The uppercut is effective because alot of times the fighter eating the shot never saw it coming.

But some guys just have that power where if they land it it is going to set you on your ass. But in those cases the hurt fighter will be able to try and get up. In the cases where they dont see the shot they will be laid out cold in alot of cases.

the uppercut is a powerful punch but the left hook is THE ko punch. its harder to see coming or block than the uppercut and it can land on the jaw in just the right way to put a guy to sleep.

Easily the left hook. The left hook in boxing is the most dangerous punch, especially when it is thrown right after the right hand. Just the natural body position after throwing a right hand leaves the body contorted in the perfect stance to get ultimate leverage on the shot, and then the punch can travel the full arc outside of your opponents perephirel vision. Thats why the left hook is the most dangerous punch in boxing.

The uppercut. The whole body goes into it with more power and snaps the opponents head and neck back after getting hit perfectly on the chin.
