Why do referees permit Andre Ward to use illegal tactics?

Kessler Kept his head on the center line which you never do in boxing. That's how you get hit. I think it's funny these guys have a hard time landing punches but headbutts are somehow easier to land. All boxers get away with crap.

As for excessive holding, **** hasn't been called on in over 60 years. I ****ing hate this sport sometimes because of it.

We saw the low blows right in front of the referee last Saturday night.

I'm not sure why the US allows holding so much. Perhaps cause it's not to the degree of fouling. You don't see holding IN Mexico. It's definitely not illegal to hold in the US. Happens every week.
