The winner doesn't get number 1 p4p status or a case to be considered it. That's still going to be Ward.

I agree, unless it's something VERY convincing by either Golovkin or Canelo. One has to overwhelmingly dominate the other, more so than Ward did Kovalev. Even then it's debatable

I thought Kovalev might have edged the first one. Canelo never rematched Lara. Golovkin would still have to rematch Jacobs.
