Anthony Joshua's win was more impressive from a offensive standpoint (which is to inflict greater damage upon the opponent).

Tyson Fury's win was more impressive from a defensive standpoint (which is getting hit less by the opponent).

So overall, one MIGHT argue that it was EQUALLY impressive by both Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury. However, I can't accept any argument that Tyson Fury's performance was MORE impressive than Joshua's.

For Tyson Fury to have had a more impressive victory against Wlad, he had to get hit as less as he did in the fight, but also able to stop Wlad within the distance whilst inflicting as much damage or more damage upon Wlad than Anthony Joshua. However, that wasn't the case!

Again, Fury was better defensively whilst Joshua was better offensively. So it's one each!

Except Joshua doesn't need to talk because he is so entertaining in the ring with his boxing (which is the thing that matters the most) that he doesn't need to entertain others outside the ring with acting and talking like Fury.

On the other hand, most people find Fury so pathetically non-entertaining in the ring during his bouts that he has no choice but to make himself entertaining outside the ring by all his talking and acting. That actually proves how inferior Tyson Fury is as a boxer compared to Joshua

You can't take away the fact he went to Germany while Wlad was reigning champ with the dodgy ring and all those other mind games.

I do think some people exaggerate how past it Wlad was against Joshua but still Fury fought and beat a slightly better version in harder circumstances.

Having said that no one who truly understands boxing thinks Fury win is more impressive but if you want to be a dummy ,be my guest .

This is P.Furys OWN words on Klitchko mind set when he fought Fury ... yet fools will still argue who got the better Klitchko even after they read logical posts ....such makes up the average boxing fan?
Fury went to Germany against all odds completely bamboozled Fury by a wide points margin and never in threat. That's just a fact young man. Tyson too clever for Wlad the world saw it

Well Fury has fought like that for the past 3-4 years of his career prior to facing klitschko.

It's surprising that anyone is surprised he'd fight the exact same way that has brought him an undefeated record.

It's kinda dumb to expect Fury to stand and trade when that's not a style that suits him. He played with Wlad and that's that really.

              How I look at it.

Fury = Master clinic, but a boring display.

              Joshua = FOTY

A win is a win at the end of the day, both did it. I just hope Fury can get back to where he was.

Theres an old saying cant fix ****** ,and one would have to be to think Fury defeated a more prepared /more motivated Klitchko ,the end .

Excluding taps and touches without significant power landed by Fury on Wlad's body, Tyson Fury didn't do anything 'EFFECTIVE' to win the fight offensively. Wlad had barely any damage from punches by Tyson Fury. Wlad was never close to getting dropped by any punches by Tyson Fury and I don't think he was even stunned at any point during their fight.

So although Tyson Fury neutralized Wlad, offensively, he himself was horrible. Neither guy landed anything more than a handful of actual damaging punches. The rest were all taps and touches by Fury.

So going by clean and effective punches (the main criteria of judging a boxing bout), the fight should've been called a draw.

On the other hand, Anthony Joshua inflicted far greater damage upon Wlad, which is a display of greater offensive skills which Tyson Fury seemed to lack.
He was stunned when he turned his back. And Fury tried to jump on him and Tony weeks gave Klitschko a breather.
