Me too. I favor him over anyone at 175 except for Ward. Biggest concern is that he loses confidence but that's why he needs a couple tune ups before stepping to Stevenson or Beterbiev

I was pissed durring the fight when he started acting like he was being fouled. Bad acting and legitimate stoppage too.

I still want Ward to fight Stevenson and Kovalev to fight Alvarez.

They are both fantastic fighters which is what made this match so great. Kudos to Ward for pulling through and winning two very competitive fights.

If Kovalev goes on to have some more great fights and wins against top fighters it will only make Ward's wins look even better.

Yea, and he's like, the last guy you'd expect to complain and try to manipulate the ref. Sometimes, the toughest guys are the ones who fold the worst under adversity. Made me look at him different, and that sucks, but I'm going to give him another chance since he's got a good track record otherwise.

I'm surprised about the controversy. I knew what he was doing when it happened. It was really dissapointing but he is still just one fight removed from still looking like a true top p4p fighter.
