    Why compare ward-kovalev 2,to canelo-golovkin?

Ever since Saturday night,I've been seeing people say that canelo vs golovkin is going to go down like ward vs kovalev 2,but where is this comparison coming from? Canelo fights nothing like ward, and golovkin doesn't fight like kovalev. Canelo doesn't have the footwork that ward does, and golovkin actually has more punches in his arsenal than kovalevs jab and right straight. Anyone want to shine some light on this?

People have strange race agendas on this site, that's more or less the only reason.

Your right. The two fights are very different. One big difference is that there will be very little if any holding, wrestling or clinching. There will be lots of hard punching exchanges but neither Canelo nor GGG do any holding unless the other guy grabs them. They just let their hands go in hard combinations. No holding and wrestling will make for a more enjoyable fight to watch. There is no such thing as a Ward fight without much clinching and wrestling.
