I think this fight could happen at 127/128 - from the fighter's willingness point of view but I don't see how the finances can be done unless ROC guarantee Rigo a purse.
This fight though, if not promoted by ROC [who seemingly don't have a clue] but by Arum, could have some serious cross-over appeal.
