Kovalev was hurt at that moment, but claiming what could have happened in rounds 9-12 is pure fantasy. The matter is the fight ended on full swing low blows and the NSAC executive should be on the receiving end of one.

Kovalev was already looking for a way out, HE WAS DONE !!

Weeks did not see the punch, and he did not take Kovalev seriously..... because Kovalev had already tried milking a foul earlier in the round

What he said is that comebacks happen e.g ward-kovalev I, marquez-pacquiao I, pacquiao-marquez IV, joshua-klitschko etc etc

And you're lying to yourself if you think you know what would, you like everyone else can make an educated guess, maybe people are forgetting kovalev was wobbled in those last 50 seconds, he was hurt, not so tired he was stumbling around, he was defending well near the end and the end of the round was fast approaching.
