Andre Ward is a certified All Time Great

He cleaned out 168 and beat the boogyman at 175 two times and just stopped him. It was an unbelievable night and amazing. Guy hasn't lost a single fight since he was 13 and i can see why. His defense was much better in this fight and his movement was a thing of beauty.

Ward even broke out his right hand which in the past never looked so good, but he shook Kovalev down to his boots with a wicked right hand. Hopefully Stevenson steps up next so Ward can add his scalp to his resume and grab all the titles at 175.

yes he most certainly is..........people are getting caught up in bickering back and fourth to the point of forgetting that ward is A ATG fighter and increasing on his ranking.

Definitely deserves ATG status since he schooled Kovalev @ 175. Impressive win. Not Floyd impressive, but ATG impressive.

He's most definitely a hofer, but atg might be a bit much...i guess it's subjective anyway. Was kovalev really the boogieman? Who did he beat? What tough fights did he have where showed his meddle? If anything, last night proved kovalev wasn't the boogeyman. Ward's resume looks great on paper, but compared to other bona-fide atgs, he hasn't really beaten great opponents. His resume is a case of quantity over proven quality...not much he can do about it tho.
