Was Amir Khans KO of Judah legit?

I dont remember many people complaining when Khan KOd Judah with a punch that was prob a bit lower than the punches Ward stopped Kova with.

I had Kova winning the first fight, and had him wining up until he got stopped. But Ward was the better fighter last night for sure.
