Duva doesn't think so....nor does Sergey.

He's way more explosive and dangerous than Ward.

Compare his KO's to kovalev's..most of his victims are asleep.

Sergey is stopping guys HE KNOWS can't hurt.

Adonis is stopping guys that can PUNCH.

I think Kova's fundamental boxing basics can beat Stevenson's wild style. But Kovalev struggled with unconventional Chilemba so I might be wrong.

The guy only uses one hand, I'm pretty sure Ward can figure out how to avoid that left and beat him pretty easily. Kovalev was a way harder matchup because he actually has a nice jab and straight right, uses feints, and moves pretty good.

Idk I think an orthodox fighter has better luck against other orthodox fighters. I was yelling at Kovalev to try any amount of unpredictability by not always working off the jab but it proved to be futile. Stevenson throws his left out randomly like an arrow and it might catch Ward off a bit.
