Ward is #1 P4P, no debate.

Kessler, Abraham, Froch, and Dawson at 168 was a fantastic run. Then like most all time greats when he cleaned out his division he looked to adjacent divisions for challenges. Called out GGG vocally, but GGG wouldn't go up to a 164 catch weight, so what does Ward do? He moves up to the full 175 division and calls out the undefeated KO artist in that weight. That takes guts. The he wins a close and somewhat controversial decision and gives him an immediate rematch where he breaks him and stops him. What more do you want?

Gold medal winner for our country. Undefeated Champion who takes on all comers and when he runs out of challenges moves up in weight to find them. Now he's even talking about going up more in weight to find the toughest possible fights. Seriously, what more do people want? This guy is a legend and he's an all time great boxer.

He was already #1 according to TBRB and The Ring.

on paper its a good win. but 1st time round he won a decision which most people think he didnt deserve. the second time around he won by fouling him and that 'win' may well get overturned.

He's the clear number 1, with Rigo and Loma behind him.

Tell that to that ****** who I was replying to. IMO not even Floyd Mayweather Jr was as technically sound as Rigo.

He didn't foul him. Kov would've gotten ktfo if he didn't give it up. A two win over kov deserves the #1 spot.

After last night, yeah. Ward is #1 P4P

And ESPN should upgrade Ward to #1P4P now. They have GGG #1P4P which was understandable since a clear #1 was hard to choose from. I had Kovalev winning the first fight, but last night Ward fought better than he did in the first fight and proved that he should be #1 P4P now.

If this Ward hating, racist priick has Ward at 3, you know he's really #1.
