I have a lot of respect for Tarver the "fighter". He's got style, experience, and he has done good in his career.

When I see Tarver the man representing himself as a fighter, I see a guy with no ethics just threatening his opponents based on his victories. The way he does it will never get him the recognition as one of the best just like it happened to Larry Holmes, an excellent boxer but bad salesman.

Nopes! He'll get respect when he learns to shut his big mouth and prove his point by actions and results inside the ring.

Totally don't agree because its never gonna happen every1 has got 2 understand Tarvers nearly 38 4 god sake his best years are behind him, he only interestd in beating 41 year old former greats like hopkins so he can call himself the "pvp1"

And your talk off him beating O'Neil Bell haha thts funny because Bell outweights tarver alot and is alot stronger he would prb knock Tarver out before the 10th, the jump from Light-heavy to Cruiser is massive light-heavy (175lbs) cruis (200lbs).

And the talk about Calzaghe i rather like tht thought off Tarver getting his ass kickd all over the place for a good 12 rounds sounds like money well spent on PPV for a change

IF....BIG IF....he fights and defeats Calzaghe, which I doubt he could....he'd have my respect, regardless of whether or not he fights and defeats Bell and Harding. Of course a win over both would definetly help him out in the respect department.
