HBO showed one of Ward's punches landing right on the white portion of Kovalev's trunks and called it a legal blow.

Belt line is ok, below is not.

this is NOT the best angle, there is a much clearer slowmo angle that will come to light soon. But this is a mediocre angle of the first shot of the sequence that doubled Kovalev over and made him go down. Clearly way below the belt

for the morons here, you can clearly see a strip of black between ward's glove and the white beltline above which means the boxing glove is BELOW the white beltline

and keep in mind that's only the very first shot of the sequence that made Kovalev double over, the others I believe were below also

he was also staggered by a legal right hand to the chin, stoppage was weak, kov was finished and it wasnt because of low blows

The year is 2017 and you're posting images with this type of quality to try and prove a point? Good one.

that's ironic and hypocritical to say fight was over just cus he was "staggered" yet in the last fight Ward was bombed out and knocked to the ground yet it still wasn't over and he fought his way back. So clearly Kovalev could have fought his way back too he didnt even get knocked down. You're just mad Son of Golota won by cheating as usual

No, they are not. It doesn't depend on anything, they literally aren't. Going by that, you might see ONE actual low blow that doesn't even come close to accounting for Kovalev completely having the fight beaten out of him.
