Wow. Ward simply proved his was figuring out how to break Kovalev down in the first fight and continued the job in this rematch, but put more work in that body. P4P no doubt. This is the kind of fight that puts you over that HOF hump considering Ward's resume from 168+, being undisputed LHW and now defending the titles against the monster with a decisive stoppage.

Props to ward, he really came up big tonight. Tony Weeks did a **** job tonight though.

That ending looked like Ward hit Kovalev low 3 times in a row and then weeks stopped it. The first shot was definitely low, the 2nd shot was on Kovalevs leg, you can see his trunks on that leg get pulled up by the punch.

That right hand that he hit Kovalev with was something nasty though.

Premature stoppage...BUT...The writing was all over the wall yo. Kovalev didn't stand a chance after that right hand lead and body punches. Shout out to Ward for shutting all the haters up doe. Truly deserves pound for pound #1
