It might technically be the wrong decision and probably overturned later, but Flores tried to cheat Rigo. He got hit, put his arm up to point and complain, and then fell to the ground to try and draw the DQ. It was like Broner faking after the Maidana headbutt.

I agree with this. I think it's likely to get overturned. But at the same time Chucky Flores definitely acted.

I think the ref should have warned Rigo for holding and hitting, asked Flores whether he could continue and then given him five minutes to recover. I feel robbed. I've waited so long to see Rigo in action again and then this happens

Only if its intentional. If its accidental, its a NC before 4 and to the scorecards after 4.

Should be overturned to a NC.

Flores is a coward though.
