To those thinking ward will "adjust" and just dominate kovalev, your in for a surprise.
He will be one sharp, scary puncher this fight. He knows he can hurt andre with a single punch.
Andres only shot is too bullrush and try tire kovalev in the clinch (ugly, but effective)
That zaps kovalev power and brings the boxing to a more even playing field, but even then, it will still be a tough fight.
You mean that he wasnt a sharp scary puncher in the last fight?
You mean that kovalev didnt think that he could harm ward with one punch in the last fight?

Nah, nothing has changed. The difference is that ward has now an exact measure of kovalev's power. And that's and advantage.

You damn right it was, and the majority of people thought he won that fight. Hence the immediate rematch. Which kovalev exercised and spent months putting the pressure on ward to sign.

And it goes both ways, kovalev knows andre alot more now. And he gave alot of respect to him, even quoted as to expecting more from him. I predict a kovalev UD this time, with ward touching the ground once minimum.

Kovalev will never win a UD. He's not the best boxer. Whether he wins by ko, or he doesnt win at all.

In sorry man I disagree, kovalev boxed beautifully for large quan****** of the last fight. At length, his jabs, faints and accurate counter punching shows just how good he is.
It's always possible for ward to win, but prediction wise, I'm going kovalev UD (an impossible fact for you, but keep in mind, that's what the majority scored it last fight)

To continue from last point, UNLESS you mean from kovalev just not being given the decision (robbed) point of view. Well then you make a fair point, and I can see what you mean by him needing a Ko

Take away the knockdown point from kovalev, and no doubt ward won that fight. That's what I mean, he cant win that fight without knocking (down) out ward. Maybe he can win a decision by knocking ward down 2 or 3 times, but if that happens he should finish the fight the fast way. No, I dont think kovalev is the best fighter (boxing-skill wise, skill is not everything in boxing).

Let's see tonight, what's sure is that we will have an awesome fight. Let's enjoy it

"Did not make any mistakes" that's a bold statement lol, even ward would rofl at that

of course he didn't fight the perfect fight, but saying it was all ward's fault is taking away merit from kovalev who fought a great fight
