If only 1 fight, the answer is obvious. I'll watch both, but I'm not spending on McGregor/Mayweather or having a get together with friends or anything. That's a typical fight you stream.

GGG/Canelo is a fight I'm willing to pay for and have a party for.

People are naive and don't truly understand boxing if they think GGG vs Canelo will be a war because it won't be. Both guys are boxer punchers who fight at a relatively slow pace. Both guys are also aware that the other guy hits hard so they will each approach the fight cautiously and will not take a ton of risks during the fight in fear of getting slept. This will be like another Golovkin Lemieux situaton or Canelo Chavez situation where people expect fireworks but walk away disappointed after a dull fight.

I don't think Mayweather McGregor will be a great fighter either but it sure as hell will be one hell of a spectacle. Beside you all know you are going to watch May vs Mac anyway despite what you say

Ima watch both. The difference is ima buy canelo vs ggg which is a real fight. Now the circus fight i wouldnt ever buy but will be streaming it as I watch the Cotto fight on hbo that night instead. Even if cotto wasn't fighting i woulndt buy the mismatch that is may vs Mcgregor.

Lastly, yes, there will be boxing fans who will be watching the MCGregor Floyd fight, but the difference is most boxing fans will be paying for the GGG/Canelo fight, while the MCGregor/May fight will be watched in illegal streaming or in youtube the following day lol
