Conor will make 60-90 and catapult himself to movies and stardom. Any real boxing fan will be watching Cotto-Kamegai live from the Stubhub (which I will be at since it's 9 minutes from my home). Don't support this horse****. The most likely outcome is that Conor kicks Floyd and it turns in to some WWE type s h i t. I'm aware it will sell, because people are dumb.
You just used the terms "real boxing fan" and "will be watching Cotto-Kamegai" in the same sentence. What is wrong with you?

Nobody forcing anybody to watch or buy it! Ali did it a few times vs Pro Wrestlers, American Football Players and others:

How about the ring announcer who said, making their fighting debut against a 41-0 Chavez or Chavez going for 50 wins against a guy with a record of 1-15. The only difference is that Floyd is retired and holds no ranking or title. Chavez was an active champion taking those fights and yet he's a legend

This McGregor fight is obviously good for Mayweather's pockets but not good for his legacy.
