Oscar is just a jealous hypocrite. If he could he would love to promote this fight and would say it's a great fight. The fight is a circus act but so what. All pro wrestling is circus acts and it does no harm. Who can blame Conor and Mayweather for making a fortune for one fight. The only way I can see this fight hurting boxing at all is if Conor puts up a good fight under boxing rules. That would help the UFC and hurt boxing but not all that much. Toney hurt boxing with his pathetic showing in the UFC but most have forgotten it by now. I think Mayweather will completely dominate and destroy Conor and that would be good for boxing and not so good for the UFC but these effects would be minor.

Awful fight. Oscar is correct. I hope that the imminent destruction and humiliation of Connor will bring more fans to boxing. It is difficult for me to criticize the fighters for making a ton of cash, but the thought of the actual fight leaves me disappointed.

I agree an I'd also add that when Mayweather Jr. wins that huge pathetic farce, he will not be "50-0," because that will not be a boxing fight. It will be a circus-like event, where we all know Floyd will win both by previous agreement of the outcome, and because the MMA guy has nothing to do there as a so-called boxer.

People who are real boxing fans should completely ignore such a worthless and ridiculous event. Those who will PAY to go see that ridiculous farce, and are trying to boycott the real fight, GGG-Canelo, are not boxing fans. They are either Floyd's nuthuggers in love with the phony trickster, or they are people who like to go to fake "fighting events" like wrestling. It's THEIR money anyway, they can throw it down the toilet if they wish, for all real boxing fans care.

Now, If Mayweather Jr runs, clinches, elbows or does any of his illegal trickery allowed by his referee friends even with this non-boxer, then he will take the word "coward" to another level. But whatever happens to that farce, real boxing fans will not be there to see it and will not care about it.

What is crazy about people is they will pay to see what they think is entertainment, regardless if it has real value or not. I imagine if there was a $10 admission to see a bunch of people slap a fat lady on the a$$, there would be a paying crowd.
