I think he made himself look like a conceited bragger who flaunts his wealth and wasteful life style. Even the richest boxers should be encouraged to invest and save their money. They shouldn't spend money like a crazy man. Tyson and Holyfield made vast fortunes and ended losing what they fought so hard for because they spent their money so freely and foolishly. No matter how much money you make you can spend it all if you try hard enough. Mayweather is sending out a bad message with this challenge. Who cares if a rich boxer is spending his money like Mayweather does? As long as that boxer is living comfortably and staying financially secure nothing else should matter.

Joshua said that isn't his plane. He was basically saying what counts are his true friends. I guess you could read what you want into that and say it was a dig at Floyd, saying his are hangers on. I don't think Joshua intended it that way though. It was just part of his "stay humble" persona when making the video.

That is what i initially thought! I don't think it was a conscious dig at Floyd Mayweather though! But i am not sure why people say Floyd Mayweather does not have any true friends, he is really loyal to people! (Painfully giving towards certain people aswell, somewhere in his entourage i am sure he will have some true friends!).........Its the women he needs to drop!
